This gum really does work! It took about five minutes for the gymnema sylvestre in the gum to activate for me. I tried ice cream with my sister, and it tasted so bland, it was less enjoyable, and tasted more like unseasoned heavy cream. My sister, who has a BIG sweet tooth, chewed the gum for about only a minute before the gum started working!! It definitely helps fight sugar cravings!
